Refunds

    If your order doesn't work out, we'll give you your money back. Simple as that. Here's when and how.

    When are refunds issued?

    • When you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.
    • When you receive a product that is defective or different from the one ordered.
    • When, due to a lack of actual stock at our Italian suppliers, we're unable to fulfil the order in whole or in part.

    What happens if the supplier is out of stock?

    We work with premium Italian brands whose stock depends on the factory. If, after your purchase, we find that a piece is unavailable, we reserve the right to decline the order (in whole or in part) and will fully refund the amount paid for the affected units, at no cost to you and to the same payment method. We'll always notify you by email before proceeding.

    How long does it take to get the money back?

    We process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation. The amount is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

    How do I request a refund?

    Write to us at info@vitaitalianliving.com stating your order number. We'll take care of the rest.
