User data deletion
If you'd like us to delete your personal data from our systems, here's how to do it in a couple of steps.
What you can request
You have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data (account, address, order history linked to marketing, newsletter subscription, etc.) in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.
How to request it
Send an email to info@vitaitalianliving.com from the address you registered with, stating in the subject line “Data deletion request”. For security, we may ask you for additional identity verification.
Response time
We'll handle your request within a maximum of 30 calendar days and confirm by email once it's been completed.
Data we are required to keep by law
Certain data linked to invoicing and tax obligations must be kept for the minimum legal periods (usually 6 years). This data is blocked and only accessible to comply with legal obligations.
