How long do I have to make a return?
From receipt of your order you have 14 calendar days to start a return with no need to give a reason, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection.

Write to us at info@vitaitalianliving.com stating your order number and the items to be returned. We'll guide you step by step.
What condition must the product be returned in?
The item must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and all accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received the return and verified the condition of the item, we'll process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days to the original payment method.
