From what order value is shipping free?
All orders over €70 enjoy free shipping on mainland Spain. For smaller orders, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
What are the delivery times?
Mainland: up to 7 working days. Balearic Islands: 7–10 days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: check at checkout.
How is the packaging prepared?
Each piece is prepared with specific protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What happens if a piece is unavailable?
We work with premium Italian brands, and availability depends on our suppliers' actual stock. If, after receiving your order, we find that a piece is unavailable, we reserve the right to decline the purchase in whole or in part. In that case we'll notify you as soon as possible and fully refund the amount paid to the same payment method, at no cost to you.
