From what order value is shipping free?
Shipping to mainland Spain is free from €70. Every other destination has its own threshold, which you can check in the table above. Below those amounts, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
What are the delivery times?
Every order takes a minimum of 15 calendar days to arrive, because each piece is brought in from the manufacturer in Italy to order. The time for each destination is in the table above and is counted from the moment you confirm your order. We never exceed the 30 calendar days set by law.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes. We serve all 27 European Union countries, except Madeira and the Azores. Mainland Portugal has its own rate, and Cyprus and Malta ship by air at a separate rate.
What about orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla fall outside the European Union VAT territory, so your order travels through customs clearance. On delivery, the local authorities may charge IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla), plus possible customs handling fees. Those amounts are not included in the price shown on our site or in the shipping cost, and are payable by the recipient. That is why these destinations have no free shipping.
Do you ship to Madeira and the Azores?
Not for now. We don't currently ship to Madeira or the Azores, so checkout offers no shipping to those islands. We do serve mainland Portugal and every other destination in the table.
How is the packaging prepared?
Each piece is prepared with specific protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What happens if a piece is unavailable?
We work with premium Italian brands, and availability depends on our suppliers' actual stock. If, after receiving your order, we find that a piece is unavailable, we reserve the right to decline the purchase in whole or in part. In that case we'll notify you as soon as possible and fully refund the amount paid to the same payment method, at no cost to you.
