    Products and prices

All prices are shown in euros with VAT included. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct any typographical errors before confirming the order.

    Orders and acceptance

The sales contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. Until that point, no offer, cart confirmation or payment acceptance constitutes a binding obligation to sell.

Availability and right to decline orders

We work with premium Italian brands whose availability depends on our suppliers' actual stock. For this reason, and expressly, we reserve the right to decline any order in whole or in part when, once received, we find that the product is unavailable from our suppliers. If this happens, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid for the affected units, to the same payment method used and at no cost to you. This clause does not affect your consumer rights recognised under current legislation.

    Payment

We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. The transaction is carried out in secure, certified environments.

    Shipping

Check the times and conditions on the Shipping.

    Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. More details on Returns.

    Legal guarantee

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.

    Liability

We are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the product or from causes beyond our control (force majeure, carrier delays, etc.).

    Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's place of residence.
